About Meraki!
"Meraki" is an ancient Greek word meaning to put a piece of yourself or your spirit into what you do. Artists, writers, musicians, performers, healers, intuitives and others who work with the creative and spiritual arts will understand its meaning. A part of one's spirit goes into all creative and spiritual works. It is our privilege to share this personal energy with all who attend.

The Meraki! Spirit and Arts Fair helps support the Emerald Art Center, a non-profit arts organization offering classes, art instruction, gallery space, national competitions, and youth arts programs to the community of Springfield OR. Donations at the door of non-food grocery items go to Occupy Medical! for distribution to those in need. Non-food grocery items include toiletries, personal hygiene items, baby care products (including diapers), cleaning supplies, first-aid items, and paper products--things that cannot be purchased with food stamps.
